![]() The third part of the research shows the experimentation of the speaking activity “unplanned public speaking through games”. The analysis of the data from the questionnaires and class observations we did showed the realities of teaching speaking in the Lycées. The second part of the research shows the present teaching of speaking in the Lycées through our field investigations. Public speaking is most of the time fearful that is why we conducted it through games. When we talk about public speaking, there must be the use of communication, language and speaking. The first part of the research consists of the theoretical study which aims at setting the theoretical background about communication, language, speaking skills, games, and public speaking. The purpose of this research is to help teachers create a relaxed atmosphere while teaching English in the classroom, and to give students more opportunity to use the language they are learning in class. ![]() ![]() This research work is devoted to promote the use of unplanned public speaking through games for Malagasy Lycée students to improve their speaking skills. ![]()
